Kick back and relax in this beautiful, spacious new cottage with a hot tub just two miles from the beautiful white sand of Perdido Key and Johnsonโ€™s beaches.
Enjoy one level open floor plan living in this spacious 3 bed 2 bath (1700 sq. feet) home. Take your morning coffee on the front or back porch or fire up the grill for a homemade dinner. Then enjoy your evening relaxing in our hot tub. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials.
Each bedroom has it's own TV; living room has a 75 inch smart TV. All TVs are smart TVs; guests must log into their own streaming services for TV viewing. TVs are set up in "guest mode" which facilitates easy log in and log out for guests.
There's plenty of free parking on site in the driveway; you can easily park four moderate size cars.
We give guests privacy and offer self check in but are available when needed.
Quiet residential neighborhood.
You will want to have a car to enjoy all that Pensacola has to offer.
Please note: This house requires a rental agreement and a $500 refundable security deposit to cover any accidental damages during your stay. The security deposit is placed as a hold two days before your checkout and is held for 7 days.

Summary: The house was very clean & comfortable. Cute little bungalow. I appreciated the coffee/creamer/sugar & the fluffy bath towels. It's the little extra touches that made our stay very nice. Our visit was a quick one, but for the time we were there, I would recommend.
