The Poolhouse is located in the northern part of Sunny Beach, opposite the former Sea Sanatorium. The area is famous for its anti-ionized air, a very rare natural phenomenon, a unique mix of mountain and sea currents.
While the Sea Sanatorium was still operating, the natural benefits of our clean and healthy air on the human body was used to rehabilitate people with respiratory and dermatological illnesses.
The nice fresh air and the choice of two nearby golden sand beaches, combined with the beachy cosiness of our interiors is what makes The Poolhouse a modern holiday spot in a great location.
The interiors of The Poolhouse are designed with the concept of a contemporary rustic Mediterranean beach house. The aim of the design is to provide you the summer vibes that you want to experience on your summer holiday - beachy casual.
Every studio has its individual design with its own makeup vanity, large flat screen LED TVs, a spacious balcony and a complimentary wireless high speed internet connection for our guests.
Every studio has its own Salad & Brunch Bar (compact kitchenette) equipped with a refrigerator and equipment to prepare quick breakfasts, brunches and light dinners.
Next to The Poolhouse is a pavilion available for use by our guests. In it you will find a fully equipped open air kitchen allowing you to prepare from a quick snack to complete meals, throw some meat and veggies on the barbeque or just have a refreshing drink in the shade.
At The Poolhouse you will find a large swimming pool, a kids pool and a supermarket that offers fresh baked warm bread, other bakery products, as well as fresh local fruits and vegetables.
