The villa has 3 master bedrooms with their own bathroom (3 bathrooms in total) and a kitchen-living area. Two bedrooms are in the ground floor next to each other, and one in the first floor with the living room and kitchen, as well as.
The outdoor area offers a lovely swimming pool of 42 sqm with waterfall, a spa tub with 5 seats, sun-beds, outdoor dining area with pergola and a large outdoor area with pergola, in front of the ground floor bedrooms.
โGAIAโ is located on the hill of Agia Paraskevi, 960 meters away from the end of Plaka beach of Naxos Island. (straight line distance from the sea, 500 meters) and it is accessible from town by vehicle within 15 minutes and by using a paved road of 7,5 Km and a narrow flat dirt road (the way to the hill) of 400 meters (8 Km total from cityโs entrance).
Plaka is the longest beach of Cyclades (7km) and got famous for its white fine sand and the amazing water. It has an excellent tourist infrastructure and offers all kind of beach entertainment.
1,5 km away from "GAIA" is Orkos beach with its lovely bays and the popular beach of Mikri Vigla.
