Positive: The apartment was well furnished and even included a welcome kit including laundry detergent, dish soap, and a nice goodie bag! Perfect layout for what I needed.
Negative: Our reservation didn't register on the Landing app. The door lock required the use of the app. The key code I got was only good for one day, and seeing that I couldn't access the app, I had to call in just to get continued access to the space for the following three days. It was an unexpected occurrence and slightly unsettling not being able to get back in on my own.
Summary: If the access methods were cleared up, it would have been an outstanding experience.
