Just 3/4 mile or 1.4 km away from the beach, the property is nestled in the native Guanacaste jungle. The property is a rare uncut area of Playa Negra with old Guanacaste trees that are the home of a Howler Monkey family. You can see and hear them in the trees above each house when they come out to play. Iguanas are everywhere and have homes theyโve lived in for years so they need space to feel free to roam.
