Positive: Easy to enter both the front of the apartment and the apartment itself. The apartment is well-designed and decorated, since it is on the top floor, high ceilings. Great vintage charm.
Negative: The bed frame was broken. My husband and I didn't realize this until midnight, too late to remediate, this made for a very uncomfortable night's sleep. When we contacted the hosts the next day, they provided a 12.5% discount for our discomfort, after several back and forth exchanges. The listing says that the pet fee is $75, yet the host was going to charge us $200, citing an error in the listing. After several back and forth exchanges, they agreed to charge what was stated in the listing.
Summary: Great charm, lots of possibility.
