Welcome to your 2024 US Open Golf Championship retreat. Situated in the middle of Pinehurst, within walking distance and just minutes from the Prestigious Pinehurst Golf Course No. 2. This beautiful home is a new build, and it features a spacious open-concept floor plan that is beautifully furnished and decorated. Perfect for relaxation and convenience, unwind after a long day of golf activities in the fully fenced-in backyard under the covered patio with your own basketball court and grill. Make yourself at home and prepare your favorite meals with our fully stocked kitchen and enjoy plenty of seating around the kitchen island, dining table, or living room couches.
Accommodating up to ten people, you’ll find the first guest bedroom on the first floor located directly next to a full bathroom, with a queen-sized bed and a desk. Head upstairs where you’ll find three more guest bedrooms. Two of the guest bedrooms have queen-sized beds and one has a full-sized bed. The upstairs guest bathroom is situated right in the middle of the guest rooms for easy access with double sinks and a private restroom and bathtub/shower. Our primary ensuite is bright and inviting featuring a comfortable king bed, a TV, and two separate sink vanities with a stand-up glass door shower. Our lovely home offers everything you'll need for an unforgettable stay during this prestigious golf event.
