The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 27 m² living room with sleeping area (2 single beds that can be joined to make a 180 cm double bed), a sitting area with a sofa and a television.
- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, combination oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, refrigerator, Nespresso pod coffee machine, etc.
- A bathroom with a shower and toilet
- A storage cupboard is located just behind the front door for storing your clothes.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A terrace to enjoy sunny days, with two armchairs and a coffee table.
The flat is ideally located in Lyon, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc located less than a 4-minute walk from the flat.
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park in the nearby streets, which are paid parking with a parking meter system or via the app.
As for other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest train station: Part Dieu via bus C16, or by metro in 20/25 minutes.
- Nearest airport: St Exupéry, via the Rhône Express in 30 minutes from Part Dieu station.
- Nearest metro: Line D Monplaisir, which takes you to Bellecour in 10 minutes.

- At the foot of the building: bus C16, “Harmonie” stop.
