Boulogne-sur-Mer is only an hour's drive from De Panne, the last Belgian coastal city just before the French border. When you enter Boulogne-sur-Mer, you get an instant holiday feeling, thanks to the beautiful view of the beach and the harbor. This diverse city has something for everyone: nature, culture, and sports ... It is impossible to be bored here!
The piรจce de rรฉsistance of Boulogne-sur-Mer is without a doubt Nausicaรก, the largest aquarium in Europe. Sharks, giant manta rays, sea lions ... At Nausicaรก, you will find them all! You can easily walk around for a day here and marvel at the beautiful fish in the spectacular aquariums, learn about the wonderful underwater world, and even help feed the fish in the lagoon! In short, Nausicaรก is the ideal indoor activity for young and old.
But of course, Boulogne-sur-Mer has much more to offer. This northern French city has a beautiful, historic downtown that is certainly worth a visit thanks to its cozy streets, charming restaurants, and traditional fish market. But the Basilique Notre-Dame with its beautiful frescoes and impressive dome is certainly not to be missed from the list. The real crowd puller is indeed the crypt of the basilica, a maze of galleries and corridors with numerous religious artifacts and historical remains. Boulogne-sur-Mer is and will of course remain a coastal city, so you can also go here for long beach walks and water sports. But the favorite sport of the Boulonnais, of course, remains sailing a sail truck, also known as beach sailing.

Enjoy your stay in this spacious and tastefully decorated apartment designed to accommodate up to 6 guests. The apartment includes:
- 2 comfortable bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with a bunk bed for two)
- A convertible sofa bed for two in the living area
- A bright and cozy living room with a flat-screen TV
- A fully equipped open-plan kitchen (including fridge, microwave, and all essential cooking utensils)
- A modern bathroom with a shower, washbasin, and toilet
- A private outdoor balcony for relaxing moments
Extras included: Bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are all included in your booking.
Please note: The residence is situated in an area undergoing urban redevelopment. Construction work nearby may cause occasional noise and access issues. To ensure convenience, we strongly recommend reserving a parking space at the time of booking.
Surroundings
Thanks to its central location, Boulogne-sur-Mer is also the perfect base to explore the rest of the French Opal Coast. Cities such as Calais and Le Touquet are only half an hour away. But the world-famous chalk cliffs of Cap Blanc-Nez and Cap Gris-Nez are also nearby. Even a day trip to Dover and Canterbury are possible, because you can be in England in only 90 minutes from Calais!
Conditions
Arrival
Arrival is scheduled from 3:00 pm. (until 22h00). If you do not arrive within 24 hours after the agreed date without notifying us, this will be considered as a cancellation (without refund).
Departure
On the day of departure, please leave your holiday home before 10:00 am. We reserve the right to carry out (cleaning) work from 8.00 am around the holiday homes. All guests must adhere to all rules and regulations that are mentioned in the park regulations. Violation of these rules may result in expulsion from the park without right of refund.
Pets
Maximum 2 pets are allowed per suite. Animals must be vaccinated according to the legal standards and proof will be sent to the us before arrival. The owner and/or the accompanying person is responsible for his pet. Animals must be kept on a leash in the park. The accompanying person will pick up and dispose of the animal's waste. The supplement per night and per pet you pay is used to disinfect the apartment. All pets must be reported at the time of booking. Failing this, the supplement per day per pet will be multiplied by 2 and withheld from the deposit, plus administrative costs.
Cleaning
Final cleaning is always included in the price of your stay. For longer stays, an intermediate cleaning is compulsory. Every 14 days, the apartment must be cleaned. Fresh bed linen can also be provided for longer stays. You must pay extra for each additional set of sheets.
