Outside: In the town centre, 300m from the shops, with enclosed garden and garden furniture under shelter, barbecue, parking 150m away. Very close to the village square, this single-storey gite benefits from a quiet enclosed garden, with terrace and barbecue. A pretty pedestrian path runs along the river which crosses this old town located on the edge of the Forest of Eawy (hiking paths), animated by many shops, a market, a cinema-theatre, local festivals, exhibitions... Do not leave without having toured the panoramas of the Pays de Bray! The owners have built a new extension called "the laundry room" to accommodate up to 9 people on the property. It is located at the end of the garden and has two additional bedrooms as well as a bathroom and an extra kitchen with pizza oven. Single-storey cottage suitable for people with reduced mobility with assistance: - large kitchen-living room (3 induction rings, oven, microwave, combi-freezer, dishwasher, full equipment), - semi-separate living room with large screen TV , Hi-fi system, Rental charges not included in your rental: - cleaning, - the tourist tax.
