Internally it consists of living room with kitchenette and single sofa bed, double bedroom, second bedroom with bunk bed which leads to an attic area where there is a further bed; complete the property a veranda furnished with table and chairs where you can also eat outside and enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation. Free parking comfort near the house. Present: TV, washing machine, oven, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.Given its location in Cala Gonone, the house is ideal for a holiday of tranquility and peace, still close to the main beach of the country; but it is also an excellent starting point for diving into the marvelous waters of the beaches of the Gulf of Orosei, Osalla and Cala Cartoe for example, as well as for hiking or climbing in the wild hinterland.The beach is about 800 meters away.For larger groups, an attic with the same internal features is available adjacent to accommodate a total of 10 people.Consumption of water, electricity and gas: included in the rental price. Kitchenette and dishes to be left tidy and clean; otherwise a supplement of € 50.00 will be applied. Linen rental upon notice: € 20.00 per person. Small pets: always on request, € 50.00 per week. Ability to smoke only in outdoor areas. Late check in, on request (for arrivals after 21.00): € 50.00; late check out (after 10.00): charge for an additional night's stay. The spectacular natural location of Calagonone is best grasped by coming from Dorgali: at the exit of a tunnel that pierces the bastion of the Bardia and Tului mountains you pass from a mountain landscape strongly marked by roughness, spiers, jagged crests, to a grandiose seascape with infinite horizons towards the blue waters and bounded to the ground by a fantastic backdrop of mountains, woods of holm oaks, valleys.
