This unit is undergoing a complete remodel in Fall 2025, featuring all-new modern finishes, quartz counters throughout, brand-new cabinetry, improved lighting and updated furniture. Every detail has been thoughtfully upgraded to deliver a fresh, modern mountain experience.
The redesigned layout includes two private bedroom suites plus a Room & Board king sofa bed, comfortably sleeping up to 7 guests. The Room & Board king sofa bed includes a hotel-quality mattress that delivers the comfort of a true bedroom in the living room — perfect for couples or extra guests who want both style and great sleep.
The living room centers around a vaulted fireplace accent wall with a Samsung Frame TV, Bose sound bar, and gas fireplace. The king sofa bed transforms easily at night, while by day it creates a spacious, modern lounge. Two armchairs provide additional seating.
The chef’s kitchen is designed for entertaining, with a brand-new 9-foot island, quartz counters, double oven, French-door refrigerator, and every appliance you’ll need — from Keurig and French press coffee makers to Instapot, slow cooker, and blender.
Enjoy dinner together at the dining table for 7 or gather at the island with seating for 4, then step onto one of the largest private decks at The Springs — 120 square feet of outdoor living with mountain views, a dining area, and electric grill.
The two bedroom suites are located on opposite sides of the condo for privacy:
Primary #1 Suite: King bed, ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, quartz counters, and walk-in shower.
Primary #2 Suite: Queen bed with twin bunk, ensuite with soaking tub, dual sinks, and quartz counters.
The Springs has the best family pool area in River Run. The year-round heated pool features a water slide, zero-entry kiddy pool, waterfalls and 2 hot tubs (one family; one adult only).
In addition, you will have access to a play room, theater room, fire pit, shared grill, gym area, pool table and steam room. Shared laundry facilities. Detergent is provided in our unit and machines accept electronic payment.
The ski locker room exits within a 5-minute walk to the Gondola.
Underground heated garage parking for 1 vehicle is included with your stay.
The condo is professionally managed by a local management company, PMI Summit Colorado/Book by Owner. PMI will contact you with check-in / check-out logistics and will be available 24 hours a day to assist you if there are any problems during your stay.
With an easy 5 minute walk to the Gondola and River Run Village. Easy to stop back to the condo during the day and with children. No more loading up the car and trying to find a parking space at the lifts--leave your vehicle in the heated underground parking!
