LOCATION: Ideally located in downtown Rehoboth Beach on Olive Ave, just the second ocean block—park once and walk everywhere!
PARKING: Two assigned parking spaces are available for guests. A parking diagram will be included in the welcome letter.
AMENITIES: Outdoor shower, fenced backyard, screened porch, full washer & dryer, Wi-Fi, cable, and three private primary bedrooms with ensuites.
THINGS TO KNOW: No smoking and no pets. Linens are not provided but can be rented for your stay. This townhouse rents Saturday to Saturday during the prime summer season. No grilling permitted.
The perfect home for a relaxing, comfortable family vacation by the beach! Please note that the VRBO service fee is charged separately by VRBO and is not imposed by the Host. As a result, your credit card will reflect two separate charges: one from VRBO for the service fee and one from the Host for the rental charges.
