This brand-new home features high ceilings in the living room; doorways, limestone floors w/ designer area rugs, a custom kitchen with granite counter tops, fully furnished and lavishly decorated throughout.
We also have a furnished deck with table and chairs and a charcoal grill. Perfect to eat outside and extra seating to relax on the large deck . Our home includes a large screen TV with a DVD, CD player, cable service, WiFi and TVโs in each bedroom. We provide linens and a enough soap and paper products to get you started.
The golf cart is a great way to explore and see all the resort has to offer. You can use the tunnel to get to the beach or shop, dine and be entertained at Grand Boulevard or the Village without having to get in your car!
The Laurel Grove pool; fitness facility has dressing rooms, restrooms, lounge chairs around the pool and a hot tub; all of this just around the corner from our home. The Laurel Grove community is a very family-friendly neighborhood and is secure with the Resort's Security personnel.
The neighborhood pool is heated during the winter holidays. This house also has access to the Phil Hummel SOA pool which is heated year round.
