The private bathroom is fully equipped with all essential amenities, including body wash, shampoo, hand soap, and fresh towels. Step out onto your private balcony and enjoy the views of historic St. George Street, with the sounds of live music adding to the ambiance. This suite is located on the second floor and requires access via stairs.

Getting Around:
With you being in the heart of the Historic District, you are able to get everywhere by walking! But if you would like to explore the beaches, you will need a car. Parking is available at the parking lot located at 7 Cordova Street with the parking permit provided in your unit.

- No parties, events and/or smoking inside allowed.
- The guest must comply with the rules under the guest rental agreement.
- The guest booking this property must be at least 21 years of age when they book and stay with us. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests, as well as to comply with local laws and regulations.
- All primary guests must complete the online pre-arrival form/contract via the PMI St. Augustine Guest Portal prior to their check-in date. This will help to ensure that all guests have easy access to the property and arrival information needed for a hassle-free check-in process.
- The access to the unit is located on the side of the building and is on the second floor of the building.
- Parking for this property is provided with a parking permit that is available in the unit at check-in. Parking will be in the Tolomato parking lot located at 7 Cordova St.
