This darling home is petite, but well appointed and just right for a couple or family of four with older children. Half a block from the bluff top and beautiful sea views and five blocks to the stairs down to the beach (Mesa Lane), this home is not only well located, it is beautiful and peacefully located too.
The private and quiet backyard includes a hot tub, outdoor shower, BBQ, dining and lounge furniture and a large magnolia tree that provides beautiful blooms and a portion of shade as well.
The bedroom includes a comfy King and twin foam floor bed, TV and direct access to the laundry alcove, bathroom and side yard. This bedroom has it's own sink as well.
The outdoor office or casita steps from the living room french doors is nestled in the corner of the back yard and includes a day bed (twin or king), perfect for afternoon naps after working or reading.
