These three stunning barns are situated within The Trotting Mare Caravan Park, located between the historic village of Overton-on-Dee (near Wrexham), and the Lakelands of Ellesmere (Shropshire). The grounds are uniquely located on the border joining North Wales and Shropshire in England, upon the A528.

Positioned perfectly on the border between Wales and England, there are a plethora of activities for your enjoyment. Jus a short drive will take you to the spectacular mere at Ellesmere where you can take a stroll and feed the birds. You can visit the Pontcysyllte aqueduct, where you can take a boat or walk across the lovely canal paths. The Market towns of Whitchurch, Chirk and Wrexham all just a short drive away for those wanting to explore the historic sites. Fishing is available on-site. The fish are common carp, carp F1s, ide, perch and roach and all must be returned. This property can be booked together with adjacent properties Ascot (UKC5290) and Bangor (UKC5291) to accommodate up to 6 guests.
