This is a high end1 Bedroom suite on the downstairs floor. There are only 2 steps to get into this home. It is located on the LEFT side of the house. The landlord lives upstairs. THIS IS A SMOKE FREE AND PET FREE HOME both inside and outside AND THIS IS A DRUG FREE HOME. ABSOLUTELY NO CANNABIS ALLOWED. We share the air we breathe. Partying and noise will not be prohibited. Thank you. Please be respectful with noise of others living beside/above us.
This is a fully furnished IN-law suite in Victoria BC and is located near Langford and is 2 min from Costco and Millstream Shopping Plaza and 3 min to Thetis Lake. There is a separate kitchen, separate bath and the bedroom and living room are combined. There is a backyard with gazebo and patio furniture for guest to use should they choose to use it. There are pots, pans, microwave that also does baking, cooktop. sink, fridge, plates, glasses ..... everything you could possibly imagine. Just bring your clothes, laptop and groceries.
Coffee Station
Coffee/tea/sugar and coffeemate is included with each stay. We have a variety of coffee to choose from (Godiva, Starbucks dark roast pods, Tim's, Decaf and other brands, Tea (ginger/blueberry green tea, 2 varieties of chai).
SPECIAL OCCASSIONS NOTE:
If you require a romantic evening to celebrate a birthday or anniversary, for example, we can set up our back yard with candles, firepit and tiki torches on. There is no additional cost for this. We would love for you to give us a review about your experience, sharing the details of your experience. Bring your own mini speaker (or ask to use ours, and play your favorite music! Of course, be reasonable with how loud it is so it’s not disrupting those who live in the neighbourhood and those who live in the home. Our prospective guests enjoy hearing more than the basics. Thank you!
DECADENT FRENCH CREPES BREAKFAST $18 Per Person
We also offer decadent French crepes for breakfast made with almond or coconut milk with your choice of 1 or 2 fruit (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, kiwi, mango or nectarines. Topped with your choice of syrup (maple, strawberry, blackberry), shredded coconut. Whipped Topping (Nutella, Coolwhip, whip cream, or sugar free vanilla ice cream) Served with your choice of fruit juice (orange juice, blackberry lemonade).
Breakfast must be before 9 am except an is not available on Wednesdays. Breakfast is served in our rainforest back yard in the dining area or in your suite upon request. If interested, please share what time you would like your breakfast and your topping and beverage choice.
I do like to personally great each guest and give the key and do a walkthrough. If I am unable to meet you I will leave you a key in the mailbox along the walkway beside the suite..
