Everything is simple! Your reservation confirmed, I will quickly send you the information you need for your stay.
For more comfort, you benefit from a self check-in. The keys are in a secure lockbox.
〉 What do you have access to during your stay?
The entire apartment and the terrace are exclusively for you. You benefit from 2 two parking spaces.
The apartment is on the ground floor of our house. With my family, we live upstairs.
If you need anything, we are happy to help.

Yes. A deposit of 500 euros is requested.
Any damage or cleaning not done will be deducted from the deposit.

Yes. 40 euros to be paid on site. If the flat is left in a very dirty condition, a cleaning fee of 100 euros will be taken from the deposit.

・ il est interdit d'utiliser l'Internet à des fins illégales ;
・ les lieux doivent être laissés propres à votre départ, les poubelles sorties, la vaisselle faite.
À noter :
・ prévoir 40 € pour le ménage à régler sur place.
・ un supplément de 100 euros sera prélevé sur la caution si l'appartement est rendu très sale.

・ It is forbidden to use the Internet for illegal purposes.
・ The flat must be left clean when you leave, the rubbish taken out, the dishes done.
