Tu veux vivre ta meilleure vie dans une coloc entièrement rénovée et meublée, juste à côté du Campus de Cronenbourg et de l'Espace Européen, et avec un accès super facile à la Gare et à l'hypercentre ?
Il ne reste plus que 2 chambres dans cette coloc ultra cosy ️ que nous venons de rénover. Tout est neuf, c'est une première occupation !
L'appartement et les chambres sont entièrement meublés, jusque dans les moindres détails : couette, oreillers et linge de lit, y sont également, tu as juste à apporter tes valises !
Côté quartier, on trouve à 100 mètres de l'immeuble :
• une boulangerie (pour le croissant du matin avant les cours )
• une pharmacie (pour les petits bobos du quotidien) ❤️
• un tabac presse ️
• un petit marché hebdomadaire de fruits et légumes
•À 5 minutes se trouve un Intermarché & un McDonald's
Le bus G t'emmène au centre-ville en 10 minutes, que tu pourras aussi rejoindre à vélo en 10 minutes également.
Si tu es plutôt voiture :
️ Un parking gratuit réservé aux résidents se trouve juste devant l'immeuble. Aucun souci pour garer ta Ferrari ;)
Les charges de 50€ comprennent absolument tout, il n'y a pas 1 seul euro à ajouter, pas même pour l'assurance habitation :

Chambre 3 : 12m² : occupée par Gwladys, 23 ans auvergnate vient d'arriver, elle est venue faire son alternance en animation culturelle !
Chambre 4 : 12m² : disponible dès à présent : 475€ + 50€ (charges)
Le contrat de bail est individuel : pas de clause de solidarité entre les colocataires.
L'appartement est éligible aux APL (entre 90€ et 300€ selon ta situation)
