Outside :
- A swimming pool (private, not heated) with a small slope that gently descends, like the sea (at the deepest 1.60m) open all year equipped with an alarm system. It is not a swimming pool.
- A beautiful enclosed garden of 1 400 m².
- A terrace ideally oriented with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days, it also has an electric blind.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, baby bed, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.
