The three adjoining rooms are very well furnished: cosy living room with two sofas and a wicker armchair. TV with SAT programmes with German channels. The living rooms are equipped with dining room with large wooden table, extendable and seating for 12 people and small sideboard. From there there is access to the kitchen and living room with two sofas and television and access to the library with lots of books and games and a cosy reading chair and small desk.
There are three bedrooms on the upper floor.
The large bedroom has a built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, tiled stove and balcony and 2 bedside cabinets with bedside lamps.
Bedroom 2 has a large wooden wardrobe and a small chest of drawers with bedside lamp.
Bedroom 3 : Sleeping chamber with two single beds, one behind the other. Equipped with window and bedside cabinet with bedside lamp. A very cosy bedroom in white painted wooden panels.
The bathroom is equipped with a large mirror cabinet and bathtub.
The very large eat-in kitchen with many extras such as cake tins, mixer, blender, cookery books, microwave, dishwasher and much more. Two large windows with a view over the large property.
The 2,800 square metre property invites you to explore. Garden furniture is available for the veranda and the garden. There is a barbecue.
A special service is the house's own canoe. There is also a typical Swedish outbuilding with a size of 30 square metres on the property. There is enough space for bicycles, skis and garden furniture and loungers.

The nearest supermarket is 2 km away. Northern Europe's largest cable car is located in the nailed forest. A nature reserve invites to extensive hikes and is about 4 km away. There is a gorge : distance approx. 22 km.
