Located in Costa Blanca in the Villamartin Area close to La Fuente with lots of bars and restaurants on your door step.
Our poolside luxurious fully air conditioned apartment is located on the ground floor looking directly over the wonderful swimming pool.
There are only 8 other apartments in the complex that share the beautiful communal pool so plenty of room to sunbath & swim. At the front of the pool is a kids splash area for them to play in. The entrance to the pool area is protected by a secure gate for safety.
Sunbeds are supplied for you to use both around the pool and on the patio of the apartment as well.
The inside is set out as homely open plan kitchen, with breakfast bar, looking onto the living room.
The living room is air conditioned and has a dining table and large settee. The 50inch smart flat screen TV gives you all your home comforts with all English TV as well as lots of other nationality TV as well.
As you walk out of apartment from the living room through the double doors you will be directly on the large terraced area.
The terraced area looks straight over the beautiful swimming pool but if your looking to escape the sun or maybe just get a little privacy we have large roll down blinds for this.
There are 2 sets of steps leading down to a huge private astro turfed garden which is perfect for kids playing as its totally secure.
The terrace has a large dining table & BBQ for you to make the most of the outside dining experience.
To give you peace of mind the outside area of the apartment has a secure gate separating it from the communal areas for safety.
We have a fully equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need.
The utility room has a washing machine & tumble dryer.
The apartment has 3 large size bedrooms with:
Bedroom 1 having a xl double bed, wardrobes and chest of draws with air conditioning
Bedroom 2 having two single beds, wardrobes and chest of draws with air conditioning and flat screen TV
The main bathroom has a waterfall style shower/screen, toilet and wash basin.
The apartment comes with fibre optic fast internet access
Towels, hair dryer, straighteners & Iron are provided.
Easy free parking at rear of apartment block.
There is a 150 euro key deposit to pay on arrival (300 euro with pets) which will be refunded on departure after checks are carried out
You have paid for your end of stay clean with your booking but a extra 65 euros will be charged if you have pets for a deeper clean this will be deducted from your 300 key deposit so 235 euros will be returned
