Upstairs, you'll find a shower room with WC, a bedroom with a single bed and two bedrooms with a double bed.
There's an enclosed courtyard with terrace and plancha in front of the house. To the rear, the unfenced grounds feature a terrace around the unheated swimming pool (salt water, 5x11m, open from 01/05 to 30/09, depth 1m20 to 1m80, alarmed, access by stairs) with garden furniture, sun loungers, swing and table tennis. Cot and high chair available on request. Natural and organic surroundings! On the property, a number of features enable you to enjoy a stay in harmony with nature. Dry toilets have been installed in the garden for those who want to give it a try. Compost is available for your kitchen waste, and will be used to care for our flower beds. In the garden, we use permaculture principles. Mulching is carried out every winter. Take a walk around the lake 50m from the gîte (no fishing or swimming), and you may be lucky enough to spot moorhens, ducks, herons, pheasants, swans and coypu.
