It has got household furnishings, including a bed with pillows and duvet What is missing is your things to feel at home! The room can be locked if you need intimacy. All our rooms are fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, duvet, pillows...).

Presqu'île" neighborhood, in the centre of Lyon. Plenty of restaurants, public transports, shops are at your disposal nearby. The apartment is on floor #4 , with elevator. It is ready-to-live-in and includes a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, pans, toaster, kitchen ustensils, microwave, crockery, kettle... The accommodation also contains a washing machine, a clothes rack, an iron, an ironing board. You will also find cleaning items in the flatshare: bagless hoover, mop and bucket, dustpan and brush, broom... Every furnished flatshare includes all bills: housing insurance, electricity, water, household waste tax, condominium fees, unlimited wi-fi. All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...) by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance.

Presqu'île neighbourhood is one of the liveliest neighbourhoods in Lyon! Nestled in the 1st arrondissement between two rivers are breathtaking landmarks such as the Opera, the Lyon Fine Arts Museum, and the historic city hall. The Terreaux square and the adjoining streets where you can find art galeries, alternative boutiques, and trendy restaurants and bars is a favourite meeting spot among young Lyonnais people. The neighbourhood is very well connected by public transport links (subway and bus) and the festivities often go into the wee small hours... And to top it all off, Hôtel de Ville is ideally situated in between Vieux-Lyon and the Tête d'Or park (the biggest park in Lyon).
