The primary bedroom on the private top floor has a Queen bed, on the first floor is bedroom #2 which has a queen bed and bedroom#3 is set up as a den with a desk and two bed chairs. This open floor plan condo is spacious with natural sunlight! The primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and walk in closet is on the entire top floor and overlooks the living room/dining room/kitchen below. The second and third bedrooms are separated on the first floor by the guest bathroom with a walk in shower. Enjoy dining on the screened in and enclosed lanai or inside at the dining table. This unit is move in ready, fully furnished and includes small kitchen appliances, cookware, dishes, drinkware and silverware. Your monthly rent includes Internet and TV. Pinestone at Palmer Ranch has a large clubhouse with a fitness center, billiard room, 32 seat movie theater, a card room and library. Outside is the lighted swimming pool, with a new pool deck, pool lounge chairs, dining tables, a BBQ grilling area, hot tub and fire pit area.
