Ideally located in the Morvan Regional Natural Park. Lovers of hiking, mountain biking, water sports, swimming... Discover the wonders of the Nièvre: the unmissable Lac des Settons and its many activities (40 mins), the majestic Lac de Pannecière (20 mins) and the ponds of Baye for their water sports (20 mins). You can also walk along the towpath along the Nivernais Canal (10 mins) to discover its unusual locks and eat in the summer guinguettes. The Château de Bazoches and the village of Vézelay, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, are also 30 mins away. The cottage is located in a quiet hamlet, set back from the road. It benefits from several enclosed outdoor spaces including a large terrace/balcony with a beautiful view. Outside: a spa is installed from April to the end of September, ping-pong table, badminton games, cricket and pétanque available. Interior of the cottage: entrance hall, separate fitted and equipped kitchen, large living room opening onto the terrace with large comfortable lounge with TV and dining area; 1 separate toilet, 1 bathroom (bathtub), 2 bedrooms, 1 with 2 90x190 beds and the other with 1 140x190 bed. Upstairs, large open space comprising at each end 2 90x190 beds, a bathroom with shower and toilet completes the whole. Everything has been carefully decorated. Fan available.
Animals are not allowed to go upstairs or go on the parquet floor of the living room.
