Welcome to Villa MULUA, an atypical house with Jacuzzi, located in the charming town of Bidart. As soon as you enter this house, you will be seduced by its modern design and its careful decoration.
The entrance to the villa will lead you to a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, where you can prepare delicious meals with all the necessary equipment, including an American fridge, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle. From here you can see the dining area with a dining table for 6 people and the living room, which has direct access to the outdoor terrace where you can enjoy your breakfasts or evening drinks around another dining table.
The villa has three comfortable bedrooms. On the ground floor, there is a first bedroom with a double bed and a storage cupboard, as well as a bathroom with a washbasin, a toilet and a bathtub. Upstairs there are two further bedrooms, also with double beds, which lead to a terrace with a jacuzzi, where you can relax and enjoy the view of the surroundings. There is a reversible air conditioning unit in each bedroom, but not in the living room. A maintenance appointment for the air conditioning is scheduled for Monday, July 1st at 10:30 AM (the appointment cannot be rescheduled).
There is also a bathroom with shower and toilet on the first floor.
Villa MULUA has a private garage, although it is small (5.50m deep, 2.40m wide, 2m high) and may not be suitable for large cars, but there is also the possibility to park another vehicle outside.
The house is also suitable for families with babies, as it offers a cot with baby mattress and a high chair on request and subject to availability. Other practical facilities include a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, Dyson hoover and hairdryer in each bathroom. Internet access is also provided with Wi-Fi available throughout the house.
