It is located in and part of the Commodore Club Condominium Association (CCCA). It is within a stone's throw to the beautiful CCCA pool and community center. It is also just a few hundred yards from the Marina and Yacht Club.
There is convenient walking access to many of the local facilities to include a stroll to the Marina and Cass Cay Restaurant on the marine channel. Take a longer stroll and walk around the Marina to admire the many beautiful boats moored in various docking arrangements and lovely waterfront homes.
The condo has two bedrooms and two full baths. Rooms are large, doorways are wide, and bathrooms are easily accessible. The living/dining room is spacious with the open concept you will love. The kitchen is open to the living/dining room so the meal preparers are very much part of the action. The master bedroom has a King size bed with dresser and nightstands. The guest bedroom is furnished with comfortable twin beds. The living room has a large LED flat screen smart TV with WI-FI and internet access. You can also show your great digital photos from your computer on the TV.

The Commodore Condo complex pool and community center is located conveniently just across the parking lot from your unit. There is a huge TV in the community center where you can gather with friends to watch football, golf or other TV favorites. Members and guests also gather there to play cards and participate with others in various activities. Burnt Store Marina is like an oasis between Punta Gorda and Cape Coral. It is a gated and "secure" complex with an abundance of amenities. Landscaping in BSM is impeccable. (You have never seen a more beautiful place.)
There are many beautiful homes, villas and condos as well as a 27 - hole golf course with restaurant, a marina with restaurant, and a yacht club. Bring your boat and moor it in the marina or store in their dry full-service storage. There is a boat ramp at the marina as well as boat rentals and salt water fishing tours available. The marina is only a few hundred yards to the open water of Charlotte Bay. From there you can go by boat to many local islands for all the fun you can handle. Boca Grande Pass is only a few miles west from the marina to world-class fishing. If you are into boating, fishing, golfing relaxing in the sun, enjoying great new friends, then this Gulf coast community is for you.

This is a lovely, well-appointed and equipped first floor end unit with enclosed lanai and enclosed screen porch. It is the closest unit to the swimming pool and within easy walking distance of the marina which has a restaurant. This condo is in the Commodore Club of beautiful Burnt Store Marina. The unit is in a great location about 100 ft from a great pool. The unit is close to the Marina where you can walk in the morning to get coffee at the small marina store. There is also a nice restaurant called Cass Cay as well as a large sidewalk around both Marinas where you can walk every day to enjoy the sunrise, sunsets, look at boats and occasional sea life.
