This excellent property is located in a quiet neighborhood, within 5 minutes of Heavenly Ski Resort and area casinos. You'll love relaxing in the private hot tub after a long day on the slopes or at the beach. The deluxe mountain themed furnishings will appeal to even the most discriminating guest. All bedrooms are equipped with TV's and either VCR's or DVD players. This home is not to be missed! As of November 30, 2021 this home will only be available for 31 day stays.

We want you to enjoy your stay but please understand your property is located in a residential neighborhood. Please be aware that strict ordinances govern Lake Tahoe vacation rentals. Neighbors are sensitive to noise. Excessive noise or over-occupancy at any time of day could result in guest fine up to $2,000 (as well as any fines assessed against the homeowner). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy will result in eviction. Absolutely no use of the hot tub after 10 PM per ordinance.
