Spacious 2 bedroom apartment on the 15th floor with ocean views at Sandy Hills. Apartment has WiFi, air conditioners (installed in 2023) in each of the bedrooms, and washing machine. Most of the apartment (except for the bathroom and kitchen) was remodeled in 2023. Building amenities include direct access to the beach, assigned parking in indoor garage, 24 hour building security, swimming pool, kid's pool and gym. The gate for direct beach access and the swimming pools are open every day from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Apartment is very close to el Yunque, bioluminescent bay, and ferries to Vieques and Culebra. Whereas the vibrant charm of San Juan is also just a scenic 35-minute drive away.
Please keep in mind that due to damage sustained in 2017 by Hurricane Maria and related insurance claims that dragged on, some areas of the building are currently under construction.
