Sono disponibili stanze molto belle in appartamenti in stabile d'epoca dedicate a studenti universitari e a giovani stagisti italiani e stranieri che desiderano avere una sistemazione particolarmente confortevole. Le stanze arredate con cura, con bagni, cucina nuovissima con tutti gli elettrodomestici, terrazzo e giardino, a 50m da Palazzo Nuovo (centro). Il prezzo comprende affitto, pulizia dei bagni e delle parti comuni, internet WiFi, TV, arredamento, acqua e spese condominiali. In piu' c'e' solamente l'energia elettrica e il gas (circa 30 euro mese) e il riscaldamento in inverno. E' richiesta una cauzione pari a una mensilita'. Al momento le camere sono affittate a ragazze e ragazzi che studiano all'universita' o alla loro prima esperienza di lavoro. Se siete interessati mi potete contattare per ulteriori informazioni.
Rooms are available in beautiful apartments in old building dedicated to Italian and foreign university students and young workers who wish to have a very comfortable accommodation. The well-appointed rooms, with bathrooms, brand new kitchen with all appliances, terrace and garden, 50m from Palazzo Nuovo (downtown). The renovation has just been completed. The rent includes, cleaning bathrooms and common areas, internet access WiFi, TV, furniture, water and condo fees. Over the rent, there is only electricity and gas(about 30 euro month) and heating during the winter. It's needed a deposit equal to one month rent. At the moment the rooms are rented to girls and boys who study at the university or at their first job experience. If you are interested you can contact me for more information.
