Riscaldamento termoautonomo. Predisposizione per l'impianto di condizionamento.
La stanza è tutta completamente arredata e si trova vicinissima alla facoltà di Lingue e Lettere Straniere, Economia e tutte le università e dipartimenti situati in Via Balbi (Lettere, Filosofia (hidden) stanza è arredata nel seguente modo: 1 letto singolo con materasso Memory, 1 scrivania, 1 mobile 3 ante guardarobiera, 1 sedia poltronicina da ufficio,.
La stanza è dotata di prese elettriche, presa TV, presa ADSL per internet cable e presa telefono. E' presente vicino alla scrivania una ciabatta multipresa da 9 schuko.
L'illuminazione della stanza è tutta a strisce LED per dare un ottima illuminazione a tutta la stanza con il minimo di dispendio energetico (Nelle foto non c'è ma è presente).
La cucina presenta tavolo con 6 sedie, pensili e basi, lavarice, asciugatrice, lavastoviglie, frigo, fornelli a gas e forno elettrico a+.
Il bagno presenta WC, lavandino, bidè, doccia, vasca da bagno, pensile porta asciugamani, specchiera con 6 pianali (nelle foto non c'è, ma è presente).
Il soggiorno presenta un mobile soggiorno, divano letto (nelle foto non c'è, ma è presente), T.V., Stereo CD, Stampante WI-FI installata, modem WI-FI installato.
La casa è situata al quinto piano senza ascensore in grosso palazzo.
Da Settembre 2018 sono state cambiate in tutta la casa le finestre con delle finestre con zanzariere, con triplo vetro e 0 Decibel di rumore per garantire più silenzio e un ottimo riscaldamento in tutta la casa.

Il prezzo è incluso dai pagamenti di bollette luce, gas, amministrazione e acqua Tutti gli impianti sono nuovi e a basso consumo energetico (classe A). Infine, sono a parte le spese di registrazione del contratto che sono a carico delle studentesse da dividere in parti uguali insieme alle altre coinquiline.
