Le Vieux Pressoir, an old farmhouse renovated with charm and modernity according to the eco-building method, will be an ideal base for your holidays.
Located in Pléboulle and able to accommodate up to eight travellers, it is composed of a pretty living room, open plan kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower and bath), a mezzanine and you can enjoy a beautiful garden of about 1000 m². Wifi, cleaning, we are waiting for you!
The farmhouse is ideally located in Pléboulle, in a very pleasant environment. Local shops are 5 minutes away by car in the towns of Fréhel and Matignon.
The 170 m² of accommodation is spread over 2 levels as follows:
Ground floor
- a 35 m² cathedral lounge with sofas, armchairs and a dining table for 8 guests.
- a winter lounge of 15 m² with a sofa and a piano.
- a functional and equipped kitchen with electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven, oven, hotplates, dishwasher, Tassimo coffee machine...

Neighbourhood
Lovers of tranquillity, you will be delighted! The house is really quiet, close to a road with very little traffic (20 vehicles/day). The first house is 30 meters away and the next one is 100 meters away.
Only one restaurant in Pléboulle: "Chez Charly", a post office open in the morning. All shops, services, doctors are 5 minutes drive away in Fréhel or Matignon.
It is located 2km from the coast and 10-15 minutes by car from the beaches of Fréhel, Plévenon and Saint Cast Le Guildo, or 30 minutes by bike. It is a real intermediary between land and sea.
