The home has been recently redecorated in a modern and classic style and benefits from new furniture and interiors. All the beds have comfortable Eve mattresses and each bed can sleep two guests. Some bedrooms come with double beds, others with bunk beds, totalling 13 places to sleep. The large kitchen is fully equipped and offers a great space for communal cooking or gathering. It is adjacent to the home's modern dining room. There is a sizeable living room with several sofas and a large TV, perfect for cosy evenings with your family or friends. The home has high-speed WiFi and plenty of space to get work done should you need it. There's a parking space close by should you need to park your car.
You'll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with smart locks, you'll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.

You're also very close to the River Avon which is perfect for a stroll around town.
The home profits from being in such a great location. The surrounding areas are easy to get to and around. There are affordable taxis and Uber as well as public transport available should you not want to walk.
