Negative: The process of picking up the keys was very cumbersome, as the keys had to be be picked up at a convenience store. The keys were not there when we arrived and it wasn't a great experience from the owner of the convience store. This process needs to change as it put a damper on our experience.
Summary: Once we got to the apartment, it was fabulous, the views were amazing and the apartment was clean.
