This brand-new basement apartment has two bedrooms each with king-size beds (1 King bed and 1 split King), a full-size kitchen and bathroom with Bath/Shower combo.
Also available for use is a twin-sized air mattress and pack-n-play if travelling with kids. We have toys and games available for use.

Guests will make their way through our garage woodshop and into the main house where you will find another door with a keypad to take you down to the basement apartment. Keypads are found at the exterior door and interior entrance of the apartment to ensure your privacy and the safety of our family. The entire apartment is for your use.
Guests can have as much or as little interaction with us as you'd like. You may see us in passing in the garage entrance or using the laundry room off the apartment entryway.
We respect your privacy and will keep to ourselves unless you'd like to visit. Our family of 7 lives in the main house above and stays busy with the comings and goings of children. Don't hesitate to knock on the front door or message us with any questions, concerns, or needs.
