From the moment you walk in through the kitchen youโll be wowed โ there is a fully fitted kitchen and a dining area which leads through into the living room with a log burner to cosy up next to on cooler evenings, and windows showing off the gorgeous garden. Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms each with their own wonderful vista of the Yorkshire Dales. Outside, the garden is impeccable with a luscious green lawn bordered by flowers and shrubs from which you can sit back, relax and soak up the sun while taking in the impressive views of one of the most scenic landscapes in the country.

Situated in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales, Secret Garden at Oak Cottage is perfectly placed to enjoy walking in pretty much every direction from your front door. This is Tour De Yorkshire country, so cyclists will love the undulating hills and winding country lanes that snake through the valley. Other country pursuits nearby include pony trekking, rock climbing, fishing and even clay pigeon shooting.
