This home boasts 2 en suites, a main floor master en suite with a King size bed, a second master en suite on the second floor also with a King size bed, an additional two bedrooms on the second floor one with a King size bed and one with a Queen size bed. All the beds are premium mattresses with luxury bedding. There is a TV bonus room on the second floor with 2 oversized chairs and a 60" TV, this space could be used for additional guests, we have 2 Queen air mattresses that are available for guests.
The outdoor space begins with the screened in back porch overlooking the swimming pool with a 60" television and a large ceiling fan to keep you cool and comfortable. The pool area has a table which seats 6, lounge chairs, adirondack chairs, and bluetooth outdoor speakers to enjoy the outdoor area after a long hot day at the course. The back yard area is fenced in to ensure privacy and creates the perfect place to enjoy time with friends and family. The front porch overlooks the beautiful yard and is an excellent place to enjoy morning coffee or relax with a glass of wine. The property also has a SOLO fire pit and grille for guests to use.
