5 minutes from home you can leave the car for free and go to the city center by urban bus, which passes every 7 minutes and leaves you at the door of Jerez, where you will find a few meters away the most important places of interest in the city, such as La Catedral, La Giralda, El Alcázar and its gardens, La Torre del Oro, La Maestranza, even being able to enjoy a ride in a horse-drawn carriage.
We advise you to make the appropriate reservations online for tickets to go up to the Giralda or visit the Alcázar and thus avoid waiting in line.
If, on the other hand, you prefer to take your car to the center, you can find the Private Parking at Puerta de Jerez and crossing the Los Remedios bridge you will arrive at the Public Parking and something cheaper at Plaza de Cuba.

Las normas de la estancia son las siguiente:
.- No se admiten mascotas dentro de la casa. Existe una perrera adicional si deseas utilizarla.
.-No admitimos más de las personas de la reserva, ni tampoco de visita.
.- Los niños tendrán que dormir individualmente en otra habitación alquilada de modo independiente. Sólo los bebes podrán compartir habitación y deberán traer lo necesario para su estancia
.- La habitación es un espacio libre de humos, tenemos un patio grade con metros suficientes, por lo que te pedimos que fumes fuera de la casa.
.-Es una estancia de alojamiento para dormir.
.-No se comparte Cocina, si deseas utilizarla tendrá un coste adicional de 5€/día, (debido al coste de luz) tienes una en el exterior en zona de barbacoa
Gratis:
.- Dispones de una barbacoa en la zona del merendero que puedes utilizar, tienes que traer carbón y pastillas para encender el fuego.
.- Dispones de frigorífico compartido y nevera congelador en el local de apero donde el merendero.
.- En el merendero hay mesas, sillas, y algunos utensilios de cocina, platos, cubiertos y vasos que puedes disponer de ellos, si necesitas algo más debes traerlo tú .
Uso De Piscina:
.-La piscina sólo está disponible y preparada para utilizarla en temporada de verano, es decir de Junio a final de Septiembre, no está climatizada, no es aconsejable utilizarla fuera de la temporada, el Ph y el Cloro solo cumplen las normas en las fechas indicadas.
Zona Común Baño:
.- Tienes que saber que el baño es compartido con otra habitación que puede estar ocupada, por lo que te pido seas prudente a la hora de recoger y dejar el baño en condiciones.
Parking:
.- Tienes parking dentro de la parcela totalmente gratuito.
Para el buen funcionamiento de este alojamiento y que los huéspedes estén cómodos y se encuentren como en casa, hay que cumplir las normas básicas de convivencia.
