This beautiful and luxurious eight person water villa is located in one of the nicer lake areas of the Netherlands, in the village Delfstrahuizen. Delfstrahuizen is a village on the Tjeukemeer in the beautiful province of Friesland and is a stone's throw from the charming villages of Lemmer, Joure and Heerenveen. The brand new villa park is located directly on the Tjeukemeer, where you can take a refreshing dive, relax on the cozy sandy beach or take part in various water sports activities. Layout
The living room is tastefully decorated and has enough space for 14 people. Here you will find a comfortable seating area with Smart TV, gas fireplace, a workplace and Sonos sound system. Through the spacious sliding door you can walk onto the deck terrace where you can sit with the whole family, have a cosy meal and get out on your (own or rented) boat. The spacious kitchen diner has a cosy dining table for 14 people and includes a 10-burner induction hob, dishwasher, blender, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine and two ovens. In the kitchen island there is a microwave oven and an extra fridge. The storage room has a washing machine, dryer, fridge and freezer.

The house has two separate bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. Both bathrooms have a shower, toilet and a double sink. On the first floor you will find a lovely Finnish sauna.
Outside there is a lovely south-facing terrace with furniture, parasols, sun beds and a lounge set. You also have your own bocce court and a lowered jetty where you can go fishing or swimming.
There is parking for up to four cars at the property with the possibility of charging your car electrically via a charging station.

The Tjeukemeer offers many water sports possibilities, but a day of relaxing at the cosy sandy beach is definitely one of them. Of course, renting a boat and admiring the beautiful nature reserve from the water is also an option. And speaking of water: a day in beautiful Giethoorn is also highly recommended! The kids can also have a great time at the Ballorig play paradise in Heerenveen or AquaZoo in Leeuwarden. And for some extra culture, the Fries Museum in Leeuwarden and the Fries Scheepvaart Museum in Sneek should also be on your list.
