The first floor offers an open floor plan for entertaining, large kitchen, and a completely renovated private back deck with a gas grill. There are also stairs leading down to the brick fire pit! Other features of this fantastic home include laundry room, granite counter tops, dining for 8 and HDTVs. Summary: Rating Details:The property manager was very helpful.The vacation rental was spotless.I was very happy with the location.I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.Reviewer Comments:This is the 2nd time my family from Illinois has stayed at this home for 4 nights--they liked it then and did again. It is neat, clean, nicely furnished and is well stocked with necessities, with lots of room for 3 separate families,(and is close to us). However, you didn't tell us that this year, you were going to provide only 2 nights of electricity and they would have the unexpected bonus of 2 nights of total darkness in a strange house. Happy for the fireplace). (JUST KIDDING) Hopefully they will come again next year and stay in the same place if it's available. (A+)(Please delete the "However" paragraph" if you might use this review. All the rest of it is serious. Or I will rewrite the revies without the "blackout part".
