A few dozen kilometers from the historic center of the baroque town of Ragusa Ibla, on the road that connects Ragusa Ibla and Giarratana, and adjacent to the forest reserve "Calaforno", lies this beautiful independent vacation home with pool with Jacuzzi corner. The house is framed by an area of about 2000 meters of lawn, crossed by white stone paths, while a large terrace overlooks the plateaus covered with pines and conifers. On the adjacent property are olive trees, the homeowner produces a very high quality organic olive oil. The pool area with the surrounding lawn, sun loungers and deck chairs invites you to relax.
The interior offers a large living room-kitchen, in the kitchen is also available a wood stove. The part dedicated to the living room is characterized by a corner fireplace. A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Visit Ragusa Ibla, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the pride of the Hyblean Baroque with its churches, cathedral and many restaurants and pizzerias where you can taste Sicilian delicacies.
In the surrounding area you can enjoy long nature walks in the park "Calaforno", a nature reserve with equipped areas, nature trails for excursions on foot or by bike. The house is conveniently located to explore the east of Sicily both from a cultural and tourist point of view. The sea is only 20 km away, Marina di Ragusa is famous for its sandy shores and crystal clear waters, but also for its pubs, bars, cafes and excellent fish and meat restaurants.
