A security deposit of £50 is payable by either debit card or cash on arrival. This is refunded within 10 days of departure by cheque.
Please note that the charge for a Highchair is £15.00 per week or short break.
Please note that bed linen is not included in the hire cost but can be added at the time of booking or pre-booked by calling the park.
Hendra is a couple and family only park. No all-male/female or mixed groups allowed at this park.
Security Deposit - A £50.00 key deposit is required and must be paid to the park directly before arrival. The £50 key deposit is a damage waiver deposit to be retained in the instance of breakages, shortages, smoking in caravan, damage, lost keys, additional cleaning, and any behaviour detrimental to the enjoyment of other guests and/or staff. Where we require a higher value returnable deposit, such as for group bookings, we will charge a security deposit in addition to the key deposit, which will be treated as an extension to the key deposit terms. We do not accept cash key deposits on arrival. The key and security deposits do not represent full liability and we reserve the right to charge for damage or additional cleaning etc. The security deposit will be returned by cheque and may take up to 10 working days for this to be processed.
Group Bookings/Party Types - Hendra will not accept any stag, hen or work parties. As this is a family orientated park, if you do not fall into a family/couple party type, please call us to make your booking.
Pets - Hendra Holiday Park have limited availability for pet friendly accommodations so please call if you wish to take a pet. Pet friendly units may not be available, depending on your break, there is a surcharge to bring a pet.
Arrival Information - Visitors will be allocated their unit on arrival, if a specific caravan is required please contact the park for availability, there is a charge for this service.
Accommodation Information - Bed linen is only included for the Poldark and Gwenver accommodations. Bed linen is not included for all other accommodations. It must be booked in advance but paid on arrival. Linen, high-chairs and travel cots may be hired from the park but must be added at the time of booking to ensure availability. Bed linen must be used. The charge for a Highchair is £15 for all durations.
Facilities – The Oasis Indoor Fun Pools are chargeable at £3.95 per person per swim. For safety reasons use of the flumes is restricted to competent swimmers and those over 1 metre in height. Use of the River Rapid Ride is restricted to competent swimmers and those over 1.2 metres in height. Non-swimmers must be accompanied in the water at a ratio of 1 adult swimmer to 2 non-swimmers. All children under 4 must be supervised by a dedicated responsible adult in the water at a ratio of 1 adult to 1 child. All children between 4 – 8 years, regardless of swimming ability, must be supervised by a responsible adult in the water at a ratio of 1 adult to 2 children. We reserve the right to ask children to do a swim test if unaccompanied by an adult and to impose supervising arrangements for any bathers at the Manager’s discretion. The pools have a capacity limit for the health and safety of pool users and during peak season and busy times we may operate swimming sessions of 1 hour 20 minutes.
CORNISH BLUEGRASS FESTIVAL 2018Hendra Holiday Park are hosting a Bluegrass Music Festival for Cornish Bluegrass over the weekend of the 14th to 16th September 2018. Please be aware Hendra do not organise this event and the festival organisers do not have the entire parks’ accommodation.
