You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
Every vacation rental managed by Osa Property Management will have the following provided:

Osa Property Managementโs Concierge and Vacation Planner team will contact you after you have made your reservation. We will assist with making any necessary transportation arrangements from Juan Santamaria International Airport in San Jose (SJO), or one of the local regional airports. Palmar Sur is closest (~30 minutes) and has one flight per day in/out of San Jose, while Quepos is approximately 45 minutes from Ojochal and has multiple flights per day on either Sansa Airlines or private charters. We will arrange all excursions/activities/tours with reputable companies in the area, provide a link for grocery delivery, and make reservations at any restaurant. Our goal is to make your trip to Costa Rica enjoyable and as relaxing as you want it to be.
Guests will meet with an Osa Property Management representative at check-in and at check-out. Osa Property Management will also be available from 8 am - 8 pm via group chat. Messages sent after 8 pm will be addressed the following morning starting at 8 am. The home and digital guidebook have all of the emergency phone numbers and information needed in the event of an emergency.
The home is in a gated community in the rolling hills of Chontales.
The home provides plenty of privacy, but still wonderful access (~30 minutes) to restaurants, beaches, shopping, hospital, pharmacy, etc.
Guests will meet with an Osa Property Management representative at check-in and at check-out. Osa Property Management will be available via chat/phone number throughout the day and in the event of emergencies.
The home is in a gated development and guests will be given the keypad access code 24 hours prior to check-in.
Check-in must be completed by 8:00 pm. For check-ins between 8 pm and 10 pm there is a $50 fee and approval must be made at least 48 hours in advance. No check-ins or arrivals after 10 pm. For security and safety reasons, we cannot leave keys outside a property for pick up later. Osa Property Management reserves the right to not grant access if guests are arriving after 8 pm.
The property is a private home with no shared spaces. Guests will have the exclusive use of the property and the PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL.
A 4x4 vehicle is required to access Casa Corazon and a vehicle will be needed during your time at the home.
Please contact Osa Property Management if you would like to secure private transportation during your time at this wonderful property, and/or transportation to/from San Jose International Airport (or any other airport).
