Negative: Problems with no hot water, then when we had it, water in shower would surge and go front hot to cold. Several items were broken or didn't work. Master bathtub faucets had no water. Keurig coffee make was broken. handle on master bath vanity was broken.
Summary: Love the location, have rented in this condo community and always had a great experience.
