4 Bedroom Condo in Osage Beach

Our 4 bedroom loft condo is located in the Ledges Condominium complex which is at mile marker 20.5 in the heart of Osage Beach and has a spectacular view. Plenty to do just a short distance away on land and water!
Walk-in unit on top floor, no stairs to climb with all your luggage!!
Our kitchen is well stocked, in addition to the obvious, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and microwave. There is a toaster, blender, coffee maker, Crock pot, and griddle. Large amount of dinnerware, glassware, utensils, corkscrew, pots and pans etc. are also provided.
The deck is furnished with a patio table that seats 8, partial awning in place for some optional shade, Plenty of room to enjoy the evening sunsets.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, vaulted ceiling, sliding doors that provide access to the deck, flat screen smart TV, adjoining master bath with double sinks, large mirror, bath/shower combo.
2nd Bedroom with Queen size bed and Smart TV.
The 3rd bedroom is furnished with Queen bed and Smart TV.
The spiral staircase leads to our large loft bedroom. There are two queen beds, plus a full size Hide a bed, Smart TV, ceiling fan and plenty of storage, a bathroom with a double sink and a separate room with the toilet and shower.
A full size washer/dryer in the unit for your use, laundry detergent provided. All bath towels are provided.
The Ledges has (2) swimming pools, plus the sand beach swim area. One pool and the beach are located a short stroll away from our condo, and if you walk down the manicured waterfront path, you will find the second pool is overlooking the main channel with an outstanding view!
Your water craft can be launched at the marina located close to our complex. You can also rent various water craft from the local marinas, minutes away.
We have a Boat slip available to rent The dock is right in front of your unit for easy access.

Summary: Great location. We enjoyed peaceful mornings and nights on the deck. We rented a boat and enjoyed our days on the lake. Had all the supplies we needed for breakfasts and dinners. Beds were comfortable. Jim was very responsive to any questions and made sure we arrived without any issues.
