We are renting out our 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath family friendly home in Mars, PA. The home is apx 35 minutes driving to downtown Pittsburgh and very close to many of the parks and golfng areas in north area of Pittsburgh. Located on a quiet street.

The first floor features an open living room to dining room with kitchen and additional living room with cozy fireplace.

The second floor of the home features a master suite with a king bed and master bathroom. The bathroom has a standing shower with double sinks and additional makeup counter. There are three additional bedrooms on the second flood. Guest bedroom #1 with a queen bed, guest bedroom # 2 with two twin beds and a third bedroom has a crib, making hosting for families perfect.

The finished basement includes a large play area with toys for children, an oversized couch and TV for relaxing, as well as a desk with workspace.

The outdoor area boasts an additional living space as it extends the entire width of the house. It includes a dining table as well as outdoor grill, fire pit and a seating area with couches. Large backyard with room to play as well as playset.

The home includes WiFi wash/dryer, a fully stocked kitchen of equipment and basic cooking ingredients, a two car attached garage with additional parking available for up to 4 cars.
