Please keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Half of the house is divided by a partition wall. Shared areas include a backyard, patio, garage, and driveway. Private entrance from garage. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, full kitchen, and half of 2 car garage. King bed in the primary bedroom, two queen beds in the basement, and additional queen bed sofa sleeper. This home does have stairs and is not infant friendly. Pets and children are welcome but due to the stairs, this house is probably not the best location for very small children. This is a shared house and you may hear noise from the people staying on the other half of the house, and very close to an Air Force Base so there's a possibility of noise from the base as well.
Quiet and convenient location enjoy close access to the interstate, airport, and downtown Denver. Nearby shopping and many of the mile-high city attractions. Near Buckley Air Force Base, Anschutz, Children's Hospital, the airport, and downtown. 31-night minimum rental pet friendly. This unit is best accessed with a car or bike. A public bus stop is a few blocks walk away but the bus does not run very frequently you can also get around by Uber or taxi.

This is an older neighborhood on the Eastern edge of Aurora very close to Buckley Air Force Base if you like airplanes the Air national guard runs fighter jets on the weekends almost every weekend is pretty cool to see and a lot of really interesting air traffic can be seen right outside.
