There's a remote controlled gas fire too - perfect for those chilly winter evenings. Further along the hall is the dining room, which benefits from a woodburning stove. There is a large kitchen to the rear with a back door that leads to its fully enclosed garden, which is walled around its perimeter. The kitchen is fully equipped with all essential appliances, including a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and a large range-style oven. There's also a breakfast bar and stools.
The secluded, west-facing walled back garden gets the sun all day in to the evening and is the perfect spot for children and pets to enjoy the fresh air.
The garden can also be accessed via the back door in the 'snug', another lounge area equipped with a sofa and lounge chair, wonderful for enjoying a book whilst supervising the children outside.
